History

Buckeye Pipeline Construction, Inc. began in 1997 as CPRO Development Inc. when the company founder began working as an engineering consultant to a pipeline operator in Ohio. CPro Development added employees to inspect and repair gas lines and grew into a company that installed both plastic and steel gas lines. What began with an old truck, mini excavator and a few employees turned into a full-service plastic and steel pipeline and facility contractor.

CPRO Development changed its name to Buckeye Pipeline Construction when it purchased Wenger Pipeline Construction in 2018, an Ohio based pipeline contractor established in 1978, with 40 years of experience in pipeline and facility construction.
